Lidiana Sanvar has 25+ years of administrative and managerial experience serving in various capacities at premier academic medical centers. After completing her studies in Venezuela and the US, Lidiana started her career at the Cleveland Clinic supporting physician leadership in setting up one of the largest pediatric congenital heart programs in the country and subsequently working on the development of global medical education programs for the institution. She has served as the Chief of Staff to the Ambassador of Panama in Singapore in charge of embassy functions and working with foreign officials relating to trade, maritime and international relations. Prior to joining UCSF, Lidiana was responsible for the operations of the Diagnostic Radiology department at Johns Hopkins Hospital working closely with Faculty leadership on various clinical, academic and strategic initiatives.
